From the first phone conversation it was obvious that I was dealing with a professional. He was calm, well-spoken, and confident--and he actually listened to me. He set up property appointments quickly, spot on choices in the neighborhoods I was interested in, price ranges I'd specified, and my preferred styles and layouts. There was no "hype" or pressure telling  me a property was going to sell fast or that I needed to make a quick decision. He was always honest and forthright in his opinions, guiding me in making the best decision. Ricardo was instrumental in placing my offer and seeing that it was accepted by the sellers. His assistance didn't stop there. As he speaks fluent English and Spanish, I relied on him to choose an attorney/notary, explain the closing documents and facilitate meetings between myself and the sellers, who didn't speak English. Thanks to Ricardo, the closing went smoothly and I am enjoying my new home. The sale is done, but his assistance continues on. Just last week (nearly 9 months after the closing) I asked him for a recommendation for a house painter.
