First off all, I want to say THANK YOU for making this as easy as ever! Buying a house in Mexico was easier and more straight forward then buying a home in Canada! I heard about real estate in the Yucatan through friends and family. Then, through research, I found great prices, a beautiful location and more. Ricardo took us to view as many properties as possible - and he sure knew what we were looking for. He gave us the lowdown on what potential issues may be with properties and the plus sides. He was very informative! He introduced us to all the professionals he would recommend for conducting business, and this made us feel confident in him and the whole process. So much so that by the last few days of our trip we decided to put an offer on a property. This was not our intention while down there and we were not pressured into this in anyway. In fact Ricardo look surprised when we said we want to make an offer on a property. Anyway, all is said and done and we now own a little piece of paradise thanks to Tierra Yucatan and Ricardo Hassey.
